• Labour Rest Rooms, should be located in either North or east zone.
• Machines should not be placed in front of stairs.
• Transformer/ Boiler/ Generator/ Air conditioner/ Heaters/ Dryers, Ovens/ Furnace etc. should be in SE or North West Zones.

• W. C. pan should be north facing.
• Soft scape, green areas and water bodies should be designed near factory premises.

PLANT & MACHINERIES –

Main machines should be placed in South or West area. Machines requiring heat, electricity and generating should be placed in the South East area. Auxilary machines may be placed in East or North.

TRANSFORMER / GENERATOR –

Transformer / Generator should be placed South East area. Preferably it should be placed in the South East.

ELECTRICAL SUB-STATION 

Kaya Vaastu of Body: –

• Eat natural food.
• Take sumptuous bath to clean your aura.
• Perform morning chores in the North East quadrant to absorb positive rays of the sun.
• Sleep with your head towards the south so that your blood circulation is not disturbed when you are the weakest.

• Place below the staircase should be utilized only as a storage area.
